Web and Graphics Designer is responsible for creating original designs that has a high visual impact. Designs are required to be used in various formats such as websites, advertising, banners, logo design, brochure or presentation, corporate identity and branding etc. It is must to visualize the concepts and providing appropriate results.
User Interface Designer is responsible to look after over all designing work an provide the designs for IPhone apps designing, web application development, mobile apps development. Must be able to maintain, improve and update websites and applications to create a rich, intuitive user experience.
2-3 Yrs of hands-on experience on web development in PHP, HTML/DHTML/XHTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, AJAX, XML, etc. Experience with open source projects like Word Press, Magento, Joomla etc. and work experience on Code Igniter and Yi Framework is preferable. Ability to understand the technical document or client's words is must.
1-3 Yrs Experience for various magento development positions. Must have handled the Magento and E-Commerce Projects. Should be able to dig out the issues, Magento theme setting, Magento extensions implementations. Skill of working in Magento extension development is an advantage.
2-3 Yrs of experience with Joomla Template Design Integration, Joomla Custom Modification and Customization. Expert knowledge in Joomla installation, configuration, Administration, security and optimization desired. Experience in customizing or creating components and modules is an advantage.
1-4 Yrs of experience required as Wordpress developer for variety of development positions. Must be able to setup the Wordpress Theme and plug-ins. Also, for senior positions the developer is required to create installable Wordpress themes and able to create Wordpress plugins as required.
Looking for candidates who have worked as business analysts, project managers, team leaders, etc. Specifically, the candidate should have experience in capturing customer requirements, documenting user requirements using various methods like use cases, interacting with technical team. Exposure to making proposals and communicating deals, Translating business requirement document for the development team specifications is added advantage.
Project Manager is completely responsible starting from the project communication to project completion, ensuring that the solution suggested is commercially viable and competitive and what is delivered to the client is exactly the same what the client had asked for. Making and finalizing proposals, client communication, Client relationship management, Conducting research and basic analysis of the customers' industry, Defining the project and scope, Effort estimation and costing are expected from the project manager. Project Manager is expected to work with the implementation team to ensure delivery and implementation of the required solution.
